Case 1
42 year old desired targeted fat removal and skin tightening to treat double chin appearance that was quite noticeable to her during virtual / zoom calls. Given demanding work schedule and desire to be able to resume normal activities and avoid downtime, she opted for endoscopic laser lipolysis. The time was 60 minutes. No drains or bandages post-op. She did into require any pain medications post-procedure. There was virtually any bruising. Post procedure photos taken 8 weeks after shows significant improvement with expectation of additional improvement in skin tightening and fat reduction over the next 6 weeks.

She also wanted to avoid general anesthesia and prescriptive pain mediations. Given her active lifestyle and need to travel frequently she wanted to be in and out and able to resume usual activities promptly.
