PERINEOPLASTY

PERINEOPLASTY

Restore Comfort, Function, and Confidence

Perineoplasty is a restorative vaginal procedure designed to repair and strengthen the perineum, the area between the vaginal opening and the anus. Changes to this area commonly occur after childbirth, physical trauma, or surgical scarring and may lead to discomfort, reduced vaginal support, or changes in intimacy.
At En Sante Clinic & Medical Spa, perineoplasty is performed with a discreet, patient-centered approach that prioritizes both functional restoration and natural aesthetic outcomes.

Candidates

Perineoplasty is performed as an outpatient procedure and typically takes 30 to 60 minutes.
During the procedure:
• Local anesthesia or mild sedation is used for comfort
• Weakened or damaged perineal tissue is carefully repaired
• Perineal muscles are tightened and excess tissue may be removed
• Dissolvable sutures are placed to support proper healing

Patients return home the same day.
