Dermal Infusions

maintaining your looks and healthy skin

What are dermal infusions?

Dermal infusion is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that involves the application of specialized serums or solutions to the skin using a controlled vacuum pressure system. The goal of dermal infusion is to exfoliate the skin, extract impurities, and infuse beneficial ingredients to improve skin texture, hydration, and overall appearance. This procedure is sometimes referred to as “hydradermabrasion” or “wet microdermabrasion.”

HOw is dermal infusion performed?

Exfoliation: The first step involves gentle exfoliation of the outermost layer of dead skin cells. A specialized handpiece is used to create a vacuum effect on the skin’s surface, lifting away dead skin cells and debris.

Extraction: The vacuum pressure also helps to extract impurities from the pores, such as dirt, oil, and debris. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals with clogged pores or mild acne.

Infusion: After exfoliation and extraction, the same handpiece is used to deliver a customized serum or solution into the skin. These serums often contain a combination of hydrating, nourishing, and skin-rejuvenating ingredients, such as antioxidants, peptides, hyaluronic acid, and vitamins. The vacuum pressure helps to facilitate the penetration of these ingredients into the deeper layers of the skin.

Results: Dermal infusion is designed to leave the skin looking fresher, smoother, and more radiant immediately after the procedure. It can improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, and mild scarring. Additionally, the infusion of hydrating ingredients can enhance skin moisture and plumpness.

Dermal infusion is generally considered safe and suitable for various skin types and concerns. It is often used as a maintenance treatment for skin rejuvenation and can be performed on the face, neck, chest, and other areas of the body. However, like any cosmetic procedure, it’s important to have a consultation with a trained and qualified skincare professional before undergoing dermal infusion to determine if it’s the right option for your skin and goals.
